Piston structure for pressure reducing valve
A pressure reducing valve includes a opening/closing valve between primary and secondary pressure chambers, a diaphragm body, a valve hole through which the secondary pressure chamber is communicatively connected with the atmosphere, a relief valve which opens/closes the valve hole,Bellows Seal Valves and a linkage member which links the opening/closing valve with the relief valve so as to open/close in association with each other. The linkage member includes a valve guide having a valve passage through which the primary and secondary pressure chambers are communicatively connected, Reducing Valvesand a pintle inserted into a pintle hole and guided thereby. The opening/closing valve and the relief valve are provided on lower and upper ends of the pintle, respectively. The valve hole has a common axis with those of the valve passage and the pintle hole. One and the other of the valve guide and the pintle are made of resin and metal.
A piston structure of a pressure reducing valve in which a piston is formed on its side surface with an annular groove for receiving a piston ring therein and is slidably inserted into a cylinder together with the piston ring, and a main valve is operatively opened and closed by regulating the operating pressure of the piston through a pilot valve for operatively detecting a secondary pressure, PLUG VALVESthe outer peripheral edge of an upper surface of the piston is formed in outer peripheral direction, to be lower than a circle on the upper surface that is axially aligned with the bottom surface of the annular groove or a circle located more inwardly thereof, to prevent the upper corner of the piston from collision with an inner wall of the cylinder, when the piston is inclined by fluid jetted from the main valve.
