Various Pressure Ratings Vs Working Pressure/Testing Pressure

2010-11-30

Can help in giving the full working pressure for various pressure classes such as:
150#, 300#, 600#, 800#, 900#, 1500#, 2500#, 3000# (in kg/cm2 or bar)
I suggest you obtain a copy of ANSI B16.34.
Full pressure vs temperature tables against material specification are contained in this standard.
B16.5 also has this information.
If anyone around you has a catalogue from a pressure safety valve manufacturer, that information is typically in the back.  In fact, LOTS of vendor catalogs typically provide this information.  Just be aware that the maximum pressure ratings depends on the materials you are using.
