What is the diffeence between 77/300 and 77/312

Context:: Shell MESC Understand that 77/312 is no longer valid and 77/300 is taken over 77/312. Also understand that there are 77/300A and 77/300B also.1) What are 77/300, 77/300A and 77/300B and how does this differ from 77/312.2) Suppose one needs to supply Valve in N2 service and some valve in water Service to Shell projects, is TAT required and what is the justification for asking fugitive emission testing for the above service as a part of TAT (Should TAT approval not exclude fugitive emission test for valve in these innocuous services?)
